The entire team at the Hotel Restaurant Casa Vieja del Sastre understands that it is essential that they are aware of the anti-Covid19 measures and our way of working for the coming months. In accordance with the health and hygiene measures imposed by the Ministry of Health, our protocol of action will be:
*Products recommended by the Ministry of Health are used to clean and disinfect the establishment.
*All the linen, towels, bedspreads, blankets … are washed at more than 60º.
*All the Hotel’s textiles (curtains, armchairs, sofas, cushions, pillows, mattresses) are treated with special bactericides in a proportion of 2.5%.
*All the furniture, knobs, handles, controls, pictures, cables, TV, service directories, letters, hangers … have been disinfected with sodium hypochlorite in a ratio of 1:50.
*All the stationery and welcome details that you will find in the rooms are renewed after each stay.
*The bathrooms are disinfected with sodium hypochlorite in a ratio of 1:50.
*In the bathroom you will find a 30 cl. bottle of hydroalcoholic solution for use during your stay.
*The floors are then passed over with a 1:50 sodium hypochlorite solution to which Rosso Activa disinfectant air freshener is added.
*The toilets in the common areas are disinfected 6 times a day and whenever necessary. Bactericidal hand soap, hydroalcoholic solution and disinfectant wipes are available.
*In all the corridors, common areas, reception and restaurant you will find hydroalcoholic solution of which we strongly recommend its use.
*Terrace, garden and common area furniture is disinfected after use. Consult the staff.
*The menus are disinfected after each use, however they will have a QR available for consultation via your mobile phone.
*There will not be in the tables complements like salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar…, they will have to request it to the personnel.
*The tablecloths and napkins are removed after each use and are washed at more than 60º.
*The tables in the dining room, garden and terrace meet the social distance measurement of 2 meters.
*Tables and chairs are disinfected after each use.
*Due to the need to reduce the capacity of the dining room we thank you for your punctuality.
*Areas have been set up in the garden for those who want to stay with us longer.
*The maximum capacity of the dining room with the new regulations is now 12 people. Also, and whenever the weather allows it, we have enabled tables in the terrace and the garden with a maximum capacity of 10 people.
If necessary, we will open the multipurpose room to put 2 tables of 2 people each one fulfilling the separation measures.
*At no time, even if there are tables available, more people will be served than we can handle per shift (22 people).
*We have established 3 breakfast turns: 08:30 – 09:30 – 10:30.
*The breakfast service has had to be modified. From now on it will be an individualized breakfast service. The buffet option disappears. The staff will tell you the options to choose every day.
*You can use the coffee machine as many times as you want during breakfast as long as you use the disinfectant wipes for the buttons that we leave at your disposal (recommended as anti-covid19 measures)
How our guests should collaborate
*Respecting the safety distance.
*Using the hydroalcoholic solution dispensers that we make available at least at the entrance and exit of the facilities.
*Avoiding groupings unless they are families, groups of friends travelling together, etc… as anti-covid measures19.
